We are recruiting a Supply Chain Analyst / Supply Planner for a fast-growing FMCG solutions business operating in a retail-led environment. This is a hands-on role supporting demand planning, inventory management, and supplier performance across a growing product portfolio.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and suppliers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring product availability while managing inventory risk and supporting continuous improvement.

The Opportunity

• Support demand forecasting across core, promotional, and new product ranges
• Monitor inventory levels, slow-moving and short-dated stock, and support action plans
• Assist with resolving supply issues including delays, short deliveries, and constraints
• Track supplier performance (OTIF, lead times, service levels) and support risk escalation
• Maintain accurate data, forecasts, and reporting within ERP and planning systems
• Provide availability and risk updates to Sales and Marketing teams

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years’ experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or inventory roles (FMCG/retail preferred)
• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator able to work cross-functionally

Experience with demand planning systems or retail forecasting models is highly regarded.
