Seeking a technically strong Level 2 MSP Engineer to support and optimise client cloud and network environments.

Working in a fast-paced MSP setting, you’ll act as the escalation point for Level 1 engineers while partnering directly with customers to maintain secure, high-performing hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support across cloud and networking environments
• Escalation point for Level 1 Service Desk
• Support Azure and AWS infrastructure
• Troubleshoot networks (routing, switching, VLANs, VPN, SD-WAN)
• Configure/support firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos, Meraki or similar)
• Maintain hybrid, virtualisation, backup and DR platforms
• Assist with cloud migrations and infrastructure projects
• Maintain documentation and provide occasional onsite support
• Participate in on-call roster

Essential (Must-Have)

• Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls and security appliances
• Proven Microsoft Azure administration and deployment experience
• 3+ years in an MSP or multi-client environment
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN)
• Hybrid cloud and virtualisation knowledge (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills

Highly Desirable

• Azure networking and AWS VPC
• SD-WAN and Zero Trust exposure
• PowerShell or automation
• RMM/monitoring tools
• Backup & BCDR (Veeam, Datto)
• Relevant Azure or Fortinet certifications
