Our client is a Sydney CBD law firm looking for a motivated 2-6 Year PQE Commercial Property Lawyer to join the team and independently manage commercial property transactions on behalf of a wide range of clients. This role is a new position due to continued growth in the firm.

Duties

• Issue and negotiate retail and commercial leases
• Manage complex commercial conveyancing matters
• Draft a range of legal documents
• Review contracts
• Manage lease assignments
• Negotiate with solicitors from other parties regarding matters

The Candidate

• Minimum 2 years PQE in property law
• Strong commercial experience.
• Unrestricted Practicing Certificate
• Admitted to practice in NSW
• Sound technical legal knowledge with experience in LEAP/Smokeball and PEXA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
