About the role
Due to continued growth in our client base, we are now recruiting a university graduate who has majored in HR/Commerce/Law or another related discipline to assist in the efficient management of our recruitment process as a Talent Manager for our team. Professional experience is not required to be successful in this role but you must have a flair for writing and enjoy phone communication. We are a friendly company with modern offices in Rosebery, a 10 min walk from Green Square station. We have parking available for the successful applicant.
Duties & Responsibilities
Working closely with the Directors, you would be tasked with reviewing and amending Position Descriptions, drafting job advertisements, phone screening candidates, arranging interviews for our Directors and clients, taking reference checks and assisting with other aspects of recruitment administration. This is an entry level recruitment role without the pressure of sales targets and with all the guidance and structure to allow you to succeed. If you enjoy writing as much as you do communicating and helping others then look no further!
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you must have impeccable spelling and grammar and come with an excellent phone manner. You must be degree educated or be in your final year of your degree and seeking full time (or 4 days/week) employment in recruitment. The successful candidate will be an individual with high integrity who delivers on their promises. You will also come with a hard-working nature, as evidenced through prior sporting/academic/musical achievements. If you are conscientious and love helping others then this job is just for you.
Benefits
This is a family run organisation offering a friendly working environment and an excellent work/life balance. Our core working hours are 8.30am - 5pm with one hour for lunch. You will be a key member of this team and be relied on for your skills. You will be trained in all aspects of recruitment and have the opportunity for progression within this role.
